Each class is 45-minutes long.

It’s a gentle, beginner-friendly (but advanced-welcome) yoga class that includes poses, breathwork, and meditation to help us slow down and improve our connection to our bodies so we can work through any stress or anxiety we’re dealing with.
It’s a great way to end the week! Leave class more in tune with your true essence so you can feel more rooted, joyful, and resilient.

You’ll want a quiet area to roll out your yoga mat and have enough space around you to move your arms and legs. You’ll want to wear comfortable clothes that don’t constrict you. I also recommend having a blanket nearby. If you have blocks, a bolster, and a yoga strap, bring those items too, but please know these are extra and not necessary.

No you do not. I can tailor our session to meet the levels of my students. This class is for every BODY.
