Whether you’re ready to explore traditional talk therapy or yoga therapy, it’s good to know that my approach is solution-focused.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is designed to be relatively short-term and goal-focused. It is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps clients construct solutions to their issues rather than stay stuck—looping in their problems. 

In SFT sessions, we’ll collaborate as we identify your goals and identify the most helpful tools and resources for you. We’ll look at your life experiences and behaviors to discover the strengths and proof you need to take your next best step.

Along the way, I’ll share practices and perspectives to help you cope with life’s challenges more effectively so you start to feel increasingly confident about moving through hard things.

Talk therapy and yoga therapy are effective ways to see into our inner world so we can unlock powerful insights and awareness.

  • During your initial consultation, we can visit about whether traditional talk therapy or yoga therapy seems like the best fit for you.

  • Therapy takes place from the comfort of your home.

  • We’ll meet via my secure telehealth platform.

  • Sessions last 1 hour.

  • Payment is due at the time of session booking unless you’ve purchased a session bundle in advance.

  • $180 per session (save $$ by purchasing your sessions in 4, 6, or 8 session bundles).
